Contains much discussion of enemy artillery-fire, combat in Germany, views of war as an LDS soldier. Madsen witnessed portions of the war crimes trials in Nuremberg, Germany in 1946 and saw many Nazi leaders. Includes photocopied photographs of Madsen and his comrades.
